I've been sorting through a few memory sticks today and came across this short story. At the time of writing I thought it might be the start of something longer.
Really like Don't go Drinking Before a Poetry Class.' Very witty and some great lines. Expect Miss Snotty Cow is a published poet who is now appearing at Lit Fests around the country.
Many thanks for the comments. Miss Snotty (Little Miss Snooty in the piece) is a complete coincidence. Story needs a bit of a tidy up and edit but I thought it better shared than hiding away on a memory stick.
